A single disability form can take a physician 21–30 minutes.
Codex drafts the form from the chart so your time goes to review, not transcription.
Source: Canadian Medical Association, citing a physician survey; most physicians reported 21–30 minutes for one federal disability form.
FAQ
Which forms are supported?
We start with the forms BC physicians complete most: private insurer disability statements, the federal Disability Tax Credit certificate, and BC provincial disability forms. The library grows each quarter.
Do I sign inside Codex?
No. Codex prepares the form for your review and approval. You sign it the way you do today, and the clinic sends it.
Where is patient data stored?
In Canada.
What are the terms?
Each physician seat is an annual subscription. Price changes apply only at renewal, and are capped.
Can some physicians in a clinic use it and others not?
Yes. Each physician decides for themselves.
How do I get started?
Book a demo. We'll walk through a sample form with you and set up your clinic.
